Using the Sacred Sleep Method, Ms. Tory looks beyond schedules and wake windows to consider your child’s nervous system, temperament, feeding patterns, development, sensory needs, sleep environment, family rhythm, and current sleep associations.

Drawing on more than 30 years of childcare experience, she helps families understand and improve their child’s sleep through personalized, regulation-first support—without cry-it-out or extinction methods.

After purchasing, you will receive your intake questionnaire, service agreement, and scheduling instructions within one business day. Your two-week implementation period begins on the mutually agreed-upon start date.

This service must begin within 90 days of purchase. Communication hours, response times, rescheduling, and the boundaries of support are governed by your signed service agreement.
